Due to hurricanes, Jose did a great job in getting the damages fixed. Couple of issues but a very livable home. This was one of the best family gatherings with much due to the house and location. Thanks Jose for a great experience.

Jose was very quick with his response to my questions. He was a very good host and oh so helpful. When we return we will for sure rent from him again

Staying at Jose’s beach house was a great experience. The house was beautifully decorated and had a cozy welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location and a short walk to the beach and John’s pass. If we had any questions Jose answered us immediately. I recommend this place to stay in.

We've stayed at Jose's place a few times & we haven't been disappointed. Jose is quick to respond & helpful. Great location - house is right across the street to the beach, not a far walk from John's Pass & a quick walk to restaurants. The home is comfortable & had enough room for our party of 9. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and walkable to John’s Pass. Jose was very responsive. Smaller than I originally thought but still worked for 11 people easy. We had to fix both gates and the back door but was easy so didn’t bother Jose. Beach was very family friendly during our stay but on the last night we had someone take our beach wagon from the side of the house so that was a bummer. Other than that great experience and would recommend.

Jose responded to questions right away. House was very nice and clean. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed for the beach!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb, even though our trip started off unexpectedly with a medical emergency that kept us away for the first two days. Jose was incredibly responsive and kind throughout, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Once we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There were even extra essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, sunscreen, and more—things you don’t usually find at most places. Whether left by previous guests or provided by the host, it was a really nice touch and made our stay even more convenient. We will definitely stay here again and reach out next summer to see if the location is available!

We have been on a vacation to the beach for the last 2 decades, this house has far exceeded my expectations with the pool and sun room as well as walkable distance to bar shops and restaurants. GOOD RESTAURANTS let me add. The beach is def walkable so it’s the perfect spot. I felt bad that there were no brooms and we left a lot of sand but the house is absolutely perfect with a great attentive host who has everything and then some for a perfect get away!

Our stay at the pink peacock was amazing. We truly had a great time and loved the place. The pool was small but perfect and very inviting. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us (hubs, 1 kid and I). We will definitely be back! Great location and walkable to some shops and restaurants.

Jose is by far the best host we’ve ever had! He answered all of my questions immediately and went above and beyond to allow us early check in and late check out. The house is stocked with everything you need for vacation including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and floaties. He even purchased puddle jumpers for our small children. The AMI beaches are stunning especially Bean point. The pool is perfect and warm and our kids were in it the entire time we were at the house. The king sized bed was lovely and our kids enjoyed the bunk beds! The beach is a short walk across the main road and other beaches are a short drive. We have no complaints and would highly recommend and hope to come back!

We had the best time on AMI! So beautiful! This place was amazing! Perfect for us and close to both sides of the island. Spent the days at the beach then a dip in the pool. It was perfect for all our needs. Jose was so accommodating and amazing to work with

Awesome apartment. Well stocked. The private pool was so great to have, as well as having two bathrooms. Beds and couches were comfortable. AC worked well. Within walking distance of some restaurants and half a block from a free trolley stop. There were some annoying gnat-like flies that kept popping up even though we were careful with doors. I guess that’s Florida for you. Would book again.

This Pink Peacock rental was perfect. It was super cute, clean and comfortable. Having the pool was a huge bonus and Jose also had a shed well stocked with beach supplies. This was a very short distance walk to beach, shops and restaurant. Jose was super responsive too. We will definitely be back. This is the best I’ve slept in weeks!
